The Principles of Healthy Eating

Most of us realise that eating healthy has to play a huge part in looking after ourselves, and for many this means watching what we eat and cooking most foods in a low fat fryer. We need to try and eliminate as many unhealthy aspects from our diets as we possibly can, and fried foods are amongst the unhealthiest that we can eat.

Everything that comes out of a deep fat fryer or a frying pan, has been soaked in fat and oil and is saturated right though. When we eat this, we’re not only risking putting on weight as we’re massively increasing our calorie intake, but we’re risking serious long-term health problems too. Consuming too much saturated fat can lead to a thickening of the walls to our arteries, through a build up of cholesterol – once this starts to happen we are getting ever closer to a heart attack.

To help transform our unhealthy diet into something an Olympic athlete would be happy to eat, we need to cut back on all the junk. This doesn’t have to necessarily mean missing out on all our top tasty treats – chips and other fried foods must have a place in our lives after all!

We can improve the quality of these foods simply by changing the way in which we cook them. My Airfryer is perhaps the best gadget I’ve bought for my kitchen in a long time – it allows me to cook a bowl full of chips to go with every meal, without me having to worry about the harmful side effects of eating them. This is because the Airfryer cooks food without needing any oil or fat at all. Food that comes out of this machine is totally natural, and its nutritional quality is dramatically improved.

So, how does the Philips Airfryer work then? Well, it’s all a load of hot air… literally! The Airfryer contains a super powerful fan that can blast the food with roasting hot air as it cooks, and it’s this air that dries out the surface of the food and gives it a great crispy coating. You’d be hard to tell, from the texture alone, the difference between a chip that had been air-fried and one that had been cooked in a traditional fryer.

So if you’re trying to improve your diet and that of your family’s, but have a couple of fussy eaters who refuse to eat anything but sausages and chips for every meal – you can now give them exactly what they want  without having to worry about their health… The Philips Airfryer is available to buy in loads of stores today, and I’m hoping to be able to add if for sale here on my yolasite blog soon.
